Critical: Quality, ValueI have had services at the riverwalk location before with no issues. However we live by the Gosford location so my daughter and I went. ( I rarely complain as I love giving positive feedback) I gave this location 2 stars one for cleanliness because it was spotless and two for quick service. When I walked in I didn’t see prices posted anywhere so I asked for a menu and the cashier asked me to scan the barcode. There wasn’t any prices there just the services so I asked 3 times what the prices were and they kept telling me to look online, then ignored the question. We had another appointment that evening so I wanted to be able to get my daughters nails done as a bday gift. Yes we left a tip for each of the 4 people that provided services for us however he rushed my nails I won’t name him because it might be embarrassing but I’m sure he knows his work. Rushed, didn’t have me wash my hands just dusted them which created like a bumpy gel on top. When I looked at my nails from my point of view they were so crooked I didn’t want to pay. Bumpy and had bubble-spots on the top which have since then popped and are dark in color now. My daughters nails were bumpy too just not as bad and it was her first set of acrylics so I just complimented her and let her be happy. I have had services at the riverwalk location before with no issues. However we live by the Gosford location so my daughter and I went. ( I rarely complain as I love giving positive feedback) I gave this location 2 stars one for cleanliness because it was spotless and two for quick service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe service and quality or work is great here. I have tried other salinos and always go back to this location. My gel pedicure last 6 weeks at a minimum and they always take their time and i never feel like they are rushing to get me out. My acrylic nails usually pop off easy but i haven’t had that issue since going here. They have sooo many color gel options and dip colors. The nail art here is also a huge plus . The service and quality or work is great here. I have tried other salinos and always go back to this location. My gel pedicure last 6 weeks at a minimum and they always take their time and i never feel like they are rushing to get me out. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe young girl with short hair is completely ridiculous I tried to ask her to fix my nail she told me oh you can file that later I asked her to add more topcoat because a couple of my nails were mat so she proceeded to put alcohol on my fingers like that was going to fix the issue, she didn’t even take off all of the old nail polish before she started filling my nails, I didn’t even have her finish fixing my other fingers because I was that upset at the quality of work she was doing.
