Made appointment the evening before for 10:00am the next morning with Caroline. She told me to come in a little earlier. I get to shop at 9:15am. No Caroline. Other lady in shop calls Caroline who acts as if I didn’t make a appointment with her. Caroline then said she will be in @ 10:30am. So here I am having to sit and wait for 1 hr. And 15 min.

Ignore any bad reviews. I randomly googled them called at 8am made an appt for 45 min later,walked in on a Friday on Mothers Day weekend (knowing they’d be busy) and was seen immediately. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done. 3 hrs later my daughter had a beautiful style. Tanika was awesome. The other ladies were VERY friendly and chit chatted during our visit. I expected to pay a lot for the style but she charged me 10 dollars per feed in braid and the hair was included. I’m never doing my daughters hair again. Ill be back monthly.

No no paid $220 was quoted$190 but stylist said hair I wanted was extra. Appointment scheduled for 8AM sharp no one arrived until about 9 or 9:30. Within a week my micros were coming out rapidly. By week two I took them all out. Very disappointed.

My very first experience with this salon had me sold!!! My micros were tagged team (only took 4-5 hours) and looked amazing. (They probably make sure that your first experience is the best so that you’ll continue to go back) I wasn’t going anywhere else because they were awesome!!! Well that was short lived because I soon found out that Caroline don’t value your time; saying that she’s driving from an hour away, on several occasions. She should get a room in town so that she can be closer when she accepts an appointment, then she won’t have clients waiting. My last experience had me so angry that I began to learn how to do my own hairstyles AND I get compliments!!! My frustration with this salon pushed me to become self sufficient. I’m saving money and time so I guess I can’t be too upset. Thanks Caroline!!!!

I went to this salon this past Wednesday and recieved micros. I was very impressed with the salon and the owner. Caroline owns the salon and she braided my hair. It took almost eight hours but I enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere was very comfortable. I have been to other braiding salons in Augusta and I can say that this one is the best. I will be returning and bringing my daughters. Excellent Job!!!!

Great customer service! I’m in the military and she knew I braids had to be within a certain standard. She was able to do that while also making them still enjoyable to wear outside my uniform. Been getting a ton of compliments, I highly recommend going here if you want good quality work. I also was only in there for a short amount of time as well, on a FRIDAY!

I made an appointment at 9 the person didnt get there until 940 to open the store which clearly says 8. I was there all day, a young lady was getting her hair done later that evening while I was still getting mines done and so was another young lady when the lady finished her clients hair she proceeded to help the other lady on the client that had only been there since 430 that evening to finish up her head which is very unprofessional it should have been the one that was there the longest that she should have helped, about 30-45 min later the lady that was originally doing the other clients hair stopped to help me n left the lady that came to help her to finish that clients hair, I’ve never had that problem before nor have I been that long I’ve been happy with the services until this point. Not sure if I will use them for services again following this experience.

They don’t care about your time. I booked an appointment for 9 and waited for 30 minutes in my car no one showed up. I called to see what was going on I was told they had over booked and could not do my hair. I was the only customer there. I was so disappointed. I live an hour away. This wasn’t the first time something like this happened but it will be the last. I will never go there again..

In May, I made an appointment via messenger on FB. They inboxed me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were running late although I called two days prior to my appt to confirm. Although I was disappointed with the lack of promoters and concern for others’ time, I was pleased with the outcome of my hair. First strike. In early August, I called to make an appointment with the hopes of a better concern for time. I get to the salon and wait. And wait. And wait. A client shows up and later her stylist. We all go inside the building and I continue to wait. Caroline finally shows and proceeds to do a wonderful job with my hair. Second strike. So while I am in the salon, I attempt to make an appointment for August 26th – third style of appointment making. I explain to Caroline I have a baby shower but I really need to get my hair done for a vacation the following weekend. She tells me to make the appointment online because of how they prioritize appointments. The priority is online, stop-bys, then phone calls. Maybe this is the answer. Maybe I have found the key to promptness. I leave that day thinking I have figured out the secret… I make the appt for 9 am August 26th. I make my deposit of $50. On the day of my appt, one hour before my appt, Caroline texts me to say she will be an hour late – STRIKE THREE. At this point, I am livid. Now she is messing with plans I had for the day. I can’t do that. I call another salon to make an early morning appointment. I respond to Caroline asking for a refund because this missed appt is not my fault. She said I would get it. Three days later, I call my bank to dispute the charge because no refund was issued and she stopped responding.
