I have always had wonderful service at Crown Nail Salon. My favorite technician, Anna, is always very pleasant and makes your time at the salon very relaxing. I always get a pedicure with gel and a manicure with dipping powder. I usually visit 1x a month and the polish barely chips in that timeframe.

I scheduled an appointment for acrylic removal (only option I knew to do online) and a classic manicure. I did not have acrylic on my nails but a structured gel. This only required e-filing it off and not a soak. The owner charged me $5 more that. Instead of $10 it was $15 for removal. I repeatedly mentioned it is removed the same as a typical gel/acrylic. 10 min in foil with acetone and a orange wood stick to remove product. No reason for an up charge. If anything it came off easier with the file. Then I received a classic manicure. My nails were already almond shaped. He also had my nail tech charge $5 more for shaping. Seriously. It would have been more work to file them back to square then to keep my shape. I went in to question the ridiculous charges that I was unaware of because I felt it was priced higher that I expected. He did not seem to care. Prices were made up on the spot. If pricing was different than what I booked.l, it should be disclosed to the client. Not happy with how I was taken advantage of. I hope the extra $10 was worth losing a customer. I will however say Anna N. kind, worked quickly, and did a nice job with the manicure.

I had a great session with Tom! I went in to get a full set with French tips, and while I had an idea of what I wanted, I was open to Tom’s suggestions and BOY DID HE DELIVER. My nails look better than I could have expected, and my entire experience was about an hour. It was easy to make my appointment, and I’ll delifinetly be going back soon!

I had an appointment this morning and came on time. The tech rushed through my service and was sloppily and very quickly trimming my cuticles and accidentally cut my toe. She was also not friendly at all and seemed like she didn’t want to do my nails until she realized that she cut me; the only things she ask me before she cut me is what color I wanted, if I wanted gel nail polish on my toes and if I wanted my hands done too. Then once she realized that she cut my foot, she tried to be very nice and have a conversation about my water bottle. Also, the filing done on my nails left my toenails very rough and the edges very sharp. I had to re-file my toes when I got home to smooth them out. Service at Crown Nail has gotten worse the last few times I’ve visited. I decided to try Crown Nail again, but I will not be returning in the future. Service was terrible and I left extremely disappointed as I was hoping this would be a relaxing treat for myself but instead I felt like I was just put through the motions (tech just checked off all of the boxes of the service), asked for my money and I left with a cut toe. I started coming to Crown when they first opened and I’m honestly not sure how their rating are so high as the service has not really been great at all over the past year or so. Do not waste your money!
