I’d give this a zero star. Their business hours on google maps and their own website did not say they were closed on Tuesdays. There’s only a piece of paper taped to the front door.

Hi I scheduled an appt for 5pm but I call this nail shop to reschedule for 5:30pm on 6/30/21. I arrived at 5:30pm my rescheduled time, I told him my name & he stated he had already scheduled someone in my slot & they had paid in advance. I had brought my granddaughter for her pedicure & manicure & it was no problem. I would advice anyone not to go to this crow canyon nail shop in San Ramon because they do not honor there word. Yes I am an African American 64 yrs old … why is it still to this day society is still unfair with us, still there is no justice. When I brought my granddaughter during her 8th graduation 2022, I paid them what they wanted & a $20 tip. Life is so unfair.

The staff are skilled, professional, kind, and so very clean. There were tub liners in the foot spas (bonus!) and everyone was social distancing and masked up. Went to this place because it was near my job and I needed a last minute appointment. Will never go back! I got a gel manicure and pedicure( no fake nails or designs ). it cost 70 and the service was horrible. The water wasn’t even warm for my feet, they barely scrubbed any dead skin away, nothing was put in the water to soak my feet. All they did was put lotion on them when it was over. My nails and cuticles look like I did them at home. Then they had the nerve to charge me $6 more because I paid with a debit card. Never again. Save your money not worth it!

BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. the man that did my nails “Asian Tom Cruise” was sooo nice and made my acrylic nails literally perfect. I didn’t make and appointment and just walked it but they made me feel really welcomed and didn’t rush my nails. If I didn’t live in Seattle I would definitely be a regular customer.

I went to this nail salon 3 times to fairly judge it. I got acrylics and within four days of getting them the first & second time two nails FELL OFF! On top of that the male nail technician is SO RUDE, he told me someone who has no job that because I lived in Danville I was rich enough to pay his prices! Then on top of all that I made an appointment over then phone and then when I drove to the nail salon IT WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED AND NO ONE WAS INSIDE!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE NAIL PLACE (they don’t even do a good job, my nails were always crooked)!!!!!
