Founded in 2016, Crossroads Health & Cosmetic Center has been a leading healthcare facility in Elkhart County. What started off as a one-room healthcare facility has since grown into a center that serves many aspects of one’s life. Joanna Roth, owner and board certified nurse practitioner, invests in her patients’ care and personalizes treatment plans specific to every person who walks through our doors. Our passionate team members walk alongside each of our patients during the journey towards becoming THE best version of themselves. Incredibly rude front desk staff. I inquired to speaking to a manager about about why I couldn’t pay out of pocket with cash or debit card because they wouldn’t take my insurance and the lady who answered the phone kept talking about how I wasn’t understanding why I couldn’t be their client. I understood that no problem, but I wanted a recommendation on where to go that would take self pay. However, she belittled me instead of letting me connect with a manager. Never have I spoken to any business that turned down money let alone wouldn’t let me speak to someone actually in charge. This is a definitely a first.
