Extremely satisfied with the service. Really nice experience because we are near the holidays and they had a beautiful Christmas tree there. I really enjoyed to see them busy working because we are near the holidays which is totally understandable. Thank you to the ladies that worked on my pedicure and nail dip set.

When I make an appointment, they are always on their me, friendly and Yen does a wonderful job! The bond she uses for my gel manicure actually leaves my nails healthier than what I’ve experienced at other nail salons. Highly recommend!!

I had gotten my first pedicure here yesterday and was unhappy. I called and the owner was very nice and had me come back in today at no charge and went above and beyond to fix my pedicure. Lisa is the one who re-done my feet and did an EXCELLENT job!! She will be the person I go to from now on. Thanks to the great customer service and willingness to satisfy a customer, they have now gained a new one!

In the past before I retired I wore acrylic nails for 20+ years. After moving to Fayetteville 2 years ago I slowly missed my hands looking really good. I did some online research and discovered that not only was Fancy Nails II close to me, it had the best reviews. So, I made an appointment, arrived and was greeted by a friendly front person that turned out to be the owner. She had Sammy put a full set of acrylics on and she did a great job. In addition, the interior of the shop is pristine clean and decorated very nicely. They used new emery boards, etc. And the hand washing station was very clean and pretty. I will definitely go back!

Great staff who always do a FANTASTIC job. I love love love visiting and pampering myself with a pedicure! They also don’t push other additional services outside of what you request which I for one find refreshing and also really nice!
