I went early, got seated immediately which I expected. The young female started, mind you I not fond of scolding hot water but I get it. She asked me what service I wanted I said the Pedicure with callus treatment 30mins. Needless to say, it didn’t last but 11 minutes and 7 mins was on rubbing my calf and my left heel is on fire feel like it was cut. Worst ever my left foot still has the callus on the ball of my feet. No lotion on my feet nothing was done at all. Mind you I have lived in Crofton for 20 + years and heard they were bad.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThe las time I was there for the first time and now my feet have all these weird things happening to it. I never had issues with my feet but they were not clean which had caused issues. They were rude the girl doing my nails didn’t clean them because she kept pushing for me to get a new set of nails and I said no . Just disappointed.
