My hair end up being orange after having the procedure done twice due to lack of knowledge.They were not even accountable for the service and charged me additional money to try to fix their mistakes. Critical: ProfessionalismA note to management: make sure that when your staff is mocking/speaking ill of a customer they do it in a language that the customer doesn’t speak.I walked in here excited, only to be ignored and be mocked by the staff. The woman that ended up doing my hair spent a solid 25 minutes gossiping with other employees before finally deciding she was ready to do my hair.The woman that did my nails also does hair and she did one of my hands about a third of the way before saying “give me a minute” and proceeding to spend 40 minutes doing another woman’s hair.The whole time I was sitting there twiddling my thumbs some of the women were very loudly speaking about my hair in Spanish. They either assumed I didn’t speak Spanish or didn’t care.My hair is meh, my fingers were cut up but the nails look decent. $20 tip on hair, $13 tip on nails.
