This salon and its staff/ owner Cris has made me believe in good people. I mean i am really spee chless because how can i possibly write in few sentences how much they have made me feel better on diffucult days this salon not only has amazing hair cuts and services and product but when u go to a place to get these needs met this salon is way above any salon in care, in product in customer service, in clea nlines, they make you feel you are the most important person despite anyting else when they are with you. The salon is beautiful and very clean. Everyone was extremely sweet and very helpful from the girls at the front desk to Casey, who did my nails. I was the last customer on Christmas Eve and I’m sure they were all dying to get home and enjoy their holiday weekend but they were just as attentive and wonderful as I would imagine on any other day. I hate to write a negative review, but this truly was the worst result that I have ever had at a salon. I showed the stylist a picture of the color that I was wanting, she looked at the picture said sure we can do that. When she was done my hair was nothing like the picture and when I voiced my concerns she basically gave me excuses and told me that my hair was pretty. I again told her that it was not what I was expecting and she told me that if still didn’t like it in a few days I could come back and she could put another toner on my hair. I received an email review the next day that I did not send but I did hit the zero star. That prompted the assistant manager to call me. I explained the situation to her and she offered for me to come back so they could fix it. So I again went in and showed this stylist the picture of what I wanted. She then told me that they would have to add more lightener to my hair and then tone it. Oh, but we do not have time for that today. What, really!? That is what I am here for! All they could do is add a toner to lessen the yellow/orange in my hair and I would have to make yet another appointment! Now if the first stylist would have told me that what I wanted was a two step process I would have been totally okay with that. I would have known what to expect, but instead I was given excuses and told I had to keep coming back. So disappointed and I hope this review helps others avoid a costly mistake. I have attached pictures so everyone can see that my hair truly is NOTHING like I asked for. The first is what my hair looked like before I went in the first time. The second is the picture I showed both stylists of what I wanted and the third is what my hair is after TWO trips to this salon.

My stylist was kind and friendly and very communicative about the decisions she was making with my hair to hide the butchered layers, and what I would notice in the following days that still needed to grow out. Even more, she took quite a long time with the layering to make sure my cut was as nice as possible after my bad experience elsewhere. Came here to get a butchered cut from a different salon fixed. Loved my stylist and the front desk staff! My stylist was kind and friendly and very communicative about the decisions she was making with my hair to hide the butchered layers, and what I would notice in the following days that still needed to grow out.
