Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityCrissel and Kim were nice and very professional. My original appointment was 10am but Crissel asked me if I can come back at 2pm because she wanted to make sure she will with me the entire process to my hair. I have a very dry and 2 colors in my hair that leads to fragile to my ends of my hair. As soon as I came back to her salon at 2pm she started working with my hair and I was told her I was nervous, but she made me comfortable and not to be scared. It took a long process but she watched and worked in to my hair the whole processed. My hair came out so nice and back to life. Crissel and the rest of her team are so fabulous when it comes to all her clients she will make sure you will not regret to all her service. Crissel and Kim were nice and very professional. My original appointment was 10am but Crissel asked me if I can come back at 2pm because she wanted to make sure she will with me the entire process to my hair. I have a very dry and 2 colors in my hair that leads to fragile to my ends of my hair. First, they make sure to take your temperature and everyone must wear a mask, so I felt completely comfortable). There were also Clorox wipes and hand sanitizers sprinkled throughout the very clean and organized salon.I have been a fan of Crissel’s since her last location, as she specializes in curly hair cuts. She was able to cut my hair so that it looked good both curly and blown out. And, she made sure to recommend what would work particularly for me, and not something just because it would make her money.Rosie did my highlights and blow out and did such a phenomenal job. She was very delicate and communicative throughout the process (I asked a lot of questions lol).It was also very affordable, which is huge for me. I recently did the same thing at a different salon and it was 50% more in price and not half as good as my experience with Crissel.10/10 recommend for all of your hair (curly, wavy, straight) needs. I went to get highlights, a hair cut and blow out this past weekend and was extremely satisfied with the outcome! First, they make sure to take your temperature and everyone must wear a mask, so I felt completely comfortable).
