Cricket is hands down the best at what she does! I have gone to a few salons and even dealt with the home haircuts to avoid going again, but when I walked into crickets salon I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. I came in looking for a new hairstyle but no clear idea of what I wanted so she offered me some suggestions that she felt would look stunning on me. I ended up getting a cut and color 🙂 Cricket did an amazing job on my hair and I will always continue to go back. You definitely get what you pay for when you come to this salon!

Needed to find new salon and walked in to meet Cricket (her google reviews were great!). She’d had a cancellation for later this morning. She’s not only an excellent colorist, but fast and very, very good at her craft. Top all of that off with loads of friendly personality and a kind heart and that’s her all over. What a gift! (I’m not sure why there are any negative reviews because they don’t come close to the wonderful women I met there.)

The owner was very rude and made fun of my hair asking “whatttt happened to it” in utter amazement. My hair had actually broken off after child birth..a pretty common issue with changing hormones. I did,however, get a great haircut from one of the girls there. The owner was so rude and bossy to her the entire time I was there. I was embarrassed for her. I was going to put aside my dislike for the owner and go back for a trim since the girl did such a great job. The girl didn’t work there anymore when I called for appointment. Of course she didn’t who would tolerate such rudeness?!

I moved here from North fla and looked for a “artist” type hairdresser not just a wash, cut assembly line. If that is what you want go somewhere else as Cricket ( not know to me/personal friend, before appointment) does platform worthy work. If I had a dollar for every time some one ask me who cuts my hair, I would be able to enjoy a expensive dinner on her haircut….. excellent service, quality work and friendly salon…I can’t possibly see where these folks could have gotten a bad review,,unless it was a competitor……. signed susan Lynn
