I was very comfortable sitting in her chair. I started with a haircut and a conditioning treatment for my first visit. Love my haircut! So much so that I booked my 8 week follow up visit already. Kristina was the best! She took her time and explained everything to me. She eased my nerves about making such a huge change to blonde and made me feel confident in her ability! We did a lot to my hair and when I left my hair was in better condition than before I came in. I’ve been to a few different salons in the area and have never had such a great experience. Neena is the best. I love how she does my hair! My grays are gone and she matches my original hair color, which is exactly how I like it. She’s advised me on how to care for my hair and lets me know what it’s lacking to keep it healthy. She’s never steered me wrong in regards to products that help with my hair; whether it was oily or I had a lot of split ends. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and Neena is wonderful. I feel relaxed and enjoy the appointments here. They also have a lot of hair products, like Oribe and Kérastase, available for purchase.
