I use to really enjoy coming here because the service was great but management is not the best anymore and service isn’t good at all.The reason I went here was because the work was great especially by the manager but then when I would get help by him it would be sloppy and not the good work I’ve seen him do before . I’ve gotten a nail fix done here by the manager and all he basically did was slap the nail on , painted it horribly with the wrong shape and went about his day instead of taking his time making sure I was happy and ok with the nail fix and that it matched the others as much as possible . Then I got the dipping powered done about a week ago and before I left I asked why my nails weren’t painted to the root of the nails and the tech continued to say because I needed my cuticles cut and as much times as I’ve been getting them done by this individual I was highly disappointed she didn’t communicate that with me and now after a week when nails typically last about two three weeks I need them done . Waste of time and money . I hated my nails all holiday . I used to recommend coming here but.. not anymore unfortunately.

I went in and the middle aged man decided I needed a new set. The man ripped the old nail off causing my actual nail to break and bleed, he didn’t seem very concerned with this.. he then put a “fresh” set on. Still charged me $64 and the gel polish chipped in 3 days, the new nails immediately started lifting. It was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this place/him to anyone!

The lady who did my fill-in was by far the rudest I’ve ever experienced, and I will not be back! It was so bad that I even asked her if I’d done something wrong or offended her in any kind of way, because her behavior toward me was so extraordinarily disparaging. You might want to make your nail salon a little more upscale if you want to be able to get away with having pretentious attitudes…just saying.

I got the older guy for my gel french manicure. I asked for square-shaped; they are U-shaped. He seemed irritated that I was unhappy with the shape, and didn’t care to make them even. I was ready to just leave rather than continuing to ask for them to be fixed. I lowered one more star bc half of my nails have chipped in less than a week. (I’m used to my nails lasting at least 2 weeks)

Last Thursday was my first coming to this salon. After 3 days my nail chipped so on that Monday I went back and the older man that sits on the left; tried just file the area chipped instead of adding more acrylic. I told now my nail is crooked. He family took off and applied minimal amounts of acrylic then he didn’t shape it as the other nails were so once he polished my nails he only put two coats on it and the young lady who did my nails Ally she put three coats on that so the color was off eventually he calls her over she filed my nails add another coat come to find out it’s the wrong white nail polish. So now I’m walking around here with different color white nail polish. Don’t think I will be visiting that Paul again as a matter of fact the man who did my nail he act like he had that attitude because had to fix my nail

The technician that worked on my nails did not care about what he was doing, and he did not pay attention to detail. He left nail dust from the nail file on some of my nails and applied the gel topcoat like that, and he also let the topcoat leak onto my skin and cured it like that. The gel polish on my pinky finger chipped (because it was stuck on my skin) so I came back in again. One of the guys went to the back running and laughing to tell the man that worked on my nails that I was back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I frequent this place often but yesterday was the worst experience ever. My friends and I decided to have mother-daughter dates. It was 8 of us in total including 4 kids (one who is 3 years old). I called early yesterday morning to book and provided all information. I advised them that there would be 7 pedicures, 6 manicures and one full set. I was told to come at 4:30. When we arrived and got seated in the back, the older man in the front came to us asking who was on the phone with an attitude. I told him that it was me. He starts going off about how most places would charge extra for large groups and that I said 7 people were getting pedicures but my friends 7 year old daughter was getting paint (she decided she didn’t want a pedicure). Then he says this is not happening ever again. So of course I defend myself because I can’t even fathom why he would be that angry about a child not wanting a pedicure anymore. Would it have made a difference if we had all walked in individually? Then he kept inserting himself in conversations I was having with the tech. Super rude and aggressive man. Please avoid this place if you can. Reading other reviews, clearly the owner has issues.
