I’m not sure if they are the same owners from the previous reviews on here, but the two ppl who are there now are amazing. I’m new to the mountain and was afraid of trying a new location. They did an amazing job and I’ve been happy every single time I have came in. … they’ve actually gotten better now that they know what I I like. I highly recommend….and I’ve done manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had! We were there for 3 HOURS! They took another client while they were working on me, one of my nails was breaking and they main put super glue all over my finger. The next day, another nail broke off. Two days later, my toe was so INFECTED from the pedicure, I had to go to the ER to get antibiotics and then have my toe nail removed. THE WORST, MOST EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE service ever!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityVery disappointed. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was sat in the massage chair with cold water and never touched. 45 minutes later they lady came to me. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction. Explained I purposely made an appointment so both services can be done. By that time I only had time left for a manicure. 2 hours later I paid for an over priced manicure and horrible job. This is my first time as a customer. I have taken my daughter twice before today and again their time management is horrible. I will not return. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give our mountain community business but “mountain timeframe” doesn’t work for me. Very dissatisfied!!!Service: ManicureVery disappointed.
