everyone that works here is darling! the owner Jenna is amazing and very kind. I love my girl Sarah bella for lovely facials shes very attentive and friendly. I just recently got waxed with Mary who has given me one of the most painless and best waxes i have ever experienced in my years of butchered waxes… I love coming to their office it literally feels like a girly little home perfect to get pampered in… reasonably priced. they will never disappoint. love you girls

My first time waxing here , I was taken about 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. Aside from that, my visit was great. Jenna was calming and we had cool conversation the entire time, she made me feel very comfortable. She tried her hardest to get a few short hairs that I left behind when I had to shave a little a few days prior. I promise I won’t do that again lol. I’d def recommend and return! Establishment was clean, comfortable, and cute!

Horrible eyebrow lamination results, waste of money ! I went in for eyebrow lamination and tint. The customer service was a bit awkward but overall okay. I’m upset about the results. The process was just a bit painful as I felt at some point my brows were being plucked while being brushed with some gel like substance. I assumed this was okay as it was part of the lamination process. I asked the esthetician how long will the lamination and tint last and she said several weeks. It hasn’t even been two weeks and my brows look horrible. They looked okay for the first 24 hours after the service was done when the gel was still on and I couldn’t wet/wash the brows. Once the gel was off, the second day, I kept brushing like recommended and really wasn’t loving but it was okay. Now a week and a half later they just keep looking worse and worse. I have to constantly brush my brows so they don’t look crazy. I also realize some of my hairs were plucked during the process and now have more bold spots. I believe this was a waste of time, money and my eyebrows are worst after the services at this place then I had them before this process. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service/results. Check yelp for pictures of how the brows looked before the service, as soon as they finished the lamination, the next day after the gel came off and some as the days went by.

When I arrived I was greeted by the ultra sweet and bubbly Kristen. She was so welcoming and friendly! I had a facial with Jenna. Jenna was so knowledgeable and made sure that I felt comfortable the whole time of the service. Asking me about the temperature of the room to the pressure that was being applied to my skin. Since we have to wear masks, my skin has been aggravated. Jenna cleaned my skin up and I left glowing! It’s been a few days and the inflammation I walked in with is gone. I can’t wait to go back for more.
