Kayla Douglas is the BEST. I’ve been going to her for over a year now. She’s personable and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Being a plus size person, naturally, I had reservations and concerns about getting a Brazilian. All that anxiety was wasted energy and eased away within minutes of getting started. The facility is clean. Everyone is friendly. But Kayla is the greatest. I won’t see anyone else. Highly recommend!

My experience with Charlotte was 5 stars but the salon it self I give 3. I didn’t have a mask so they charged me $2 for one, they should just be free because a box is not expensive. I didn’t even get a courtesy call/reminder about their requirements for the service. Also I didn’t like the puppy pads on the service table, my other salon uses another comfortable material plus a pillow that is easy to disinfect.

I love crème + honey! The prices and bundles are unbeatable! I moved to Raleigh and I still make the drive every 4-5 weeks to get a QUALITY and affordable wax. Not to mention every staff member I’ve had the pleasure of meeting is incredible and kind. However, I stick to one esthetician. I have experienced multiple, but I am comfortable with repeatedly seeing the same one. I love Kayla! She’s sweet, she’s funny. She makes me feel comfortable being in a very vulnerable position each time. She always offers great conversation. She never fails to do a job well done either. I leave feeling like silk sheets. I actually look forward to my wax sessions each month. For my smooth skin, but also for her company! Definitely recommend this salon and 100% recommend Kayla!

Even though you’re essentially laying naked on a table in front of a stranger, she makes you feel comfortable with her from the very first visit. We’ve always talked about any and everything while she does my wax, but she still manages to do an amazing job, even while talking to me and listening to my crazy stories. Jebria is the BEST in my book. I’ve been going to her for over a year now.
