Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday marks my third time driving to this location & not being serviced. The first time I came I waited literally four hours in the waiting area as I watched the stylus take in appointment clients. This location is supposed to specialize in walkins, the appointments were handled as priority over the walkins literally forcing me to leave after spending the majority of my day there. The second time I arrived and was told that someone will be with me shortly I waited another four hours watching appointments being taken in front of me and at the very last minute I was told that they could not do my hair due to the location being about to close. The third time I came I called first before comingThe phone was answered and I was told that there was no wait time, I drive 40 minutes from one side of town to the next only to get here and find an empty parking lot and door locked!!! I called the shop number several times with no answer, the voicemail even states that a text should be sent so I sent a text notifying them that I was at the shop and the door was locked. No response, this will be my last time visiting this location it seems that Quality services will not be provided here in the absence of quantity. And I’m all about quality, I would highly suggest advertising this location as appointment only therefore someone like me who’s trying to spend my hard earned money wouldn’t have wasted my time Assuming that I get the services but I’m entitled to you. Don’t waste your time or money here not to mention the wash area is disgusting And just because this is a black on business that does not mean that customers should have to listen to trap music while waiting to be served. Today marks my third time driving to this location & not being serviced. The first time I came I waited literally four hours in the waiting area as I watched the stylus take in appointment clients.
