It was so easy to make an appointment. When I first went in I had been suffering from sciatica for months and was at my wits end. After a couple of weeks with Rafael, I am pain-free!! He is professional and personable. I enjoy our conversations and he has been so helpful in really targeting my pain and issues. He always checks in with me on the amount of pressure he applies. He stretches me and gives advice on stretches I can do at home. I was becoming frustrated with not finding a massage therapist who was accepting new patients after the shut down when I came across Creekside Wellness Center’s website. It was so easy to make an appointment. When I first went in I had been suffering from sciatica for months and was at my wits end. After a couple of weeks with Rafael, I am pain-free!! After only an hour with Raphael I left feeling like a million bucks! He was so professional and friendly! He did exactly what I needed him to do! If I could give this a 10 star review I would! Raphael was phenomenal! This was my first time getting a massage here. I went in with severe back pain and couldn’t even stand up straight! Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismHad an appointment scheduled for last Sunday but got a text around 8pm Saturday, the night before my appointment, to reschedule for today. The massage therapist even got to pick the time. He chose 8am and then never showed up. I waited for 20 minutes in the hallway before leaving.
