So sad I can no longer recommend Brittany. Went through really bad postpartum and listened to whispers the entire time from the owner and Brittany. Then was lied to and told she couldn’t cut my daughter’s hair as children were no longer allowed in the business. Great clips treats people better.

Creative Xpressions has been my salon for YEARS!! I have followed the owner throughout her journey until she finally opened her own salon. That is how much I adore her and her techniques! Because this may seem biased, it is not. I have tried multiple other salons. They were …meh..OK at best. But this salon values their clientele! If I cannot get in with ‘my’ stylist, I have no worries about seeing one of the other stylists. They are all beyond talented! The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. It is definitely not a crazy atmosphere where you feel your stylist is rushed. Like many others are. They take their time and listen. As mentioned, I have been here multiple times over multiple years, I have other family, friends and co-workers that go here as well. THEY are so good, that my sister in law used them for her entire wedding party plus all of the female relatives. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Poor customer service. I had a shellac manicure and it started peeling after 3 days so I emailed them and explained my disappointment in the product to which they never responded, not even an apology. People in my same work field have this type of manicure and it goes 2+ weeks without chipping. The lady who did it was very nice, but not thrilled with their products. Won’t be returning.
