Critical: ProfessionalismI was a new customer, never been there before but had been given 2 positive references. Due to my work hours I had to book my appointment online. I thought I had bought a nail art appointment to speak to a nail art tech and discuss what I wanted which is clearly what I thought I had booked in the message I sent with my booking BEFORE it was accepted. Day of my appointment with Liz, she was nearly 10 minutes late to our 9:00 am appointment. She looked at my nails and had an attitude since she knew what I didn’t, which I had booked the wrong service. I get that this was my mistake but it would have been clear I had not booked the right service if she had read the message I left when I requested the service. When I asked about this she admitted she never reads messages with bookings and this was after she insulted me about not knowing how to book a service. Yeah I didn’t! It would have been clear about that if she had read my message and I could have fixed it right away if she had denied my request or tried to reach out to me before the appointment. I was a new customer, never been there before but had been given 2 positive references. Due to my work hours I had to book my appointment online. I thought I had bought a nail art appointment to speak to a nail art tech and discuss what I wanted which is clearly what I thought I had booked in the message I sent with my booking BEFORE it was accepted. Critical: QualityI went in to get my nails done & one nail wasn’t shaped how I wanted it to be but, it seemed like Kim wasn’t understanding what I was asking her to do so I justlet it go. Maybe four or five days later my shellac start the chip on 3 nails. I went in and got my shellac redone & then a week later a nail that was freshly put on when I got my fill broke from the base. Like the while nail & acrylic came off in one piece as well as my shellac was chipping again but, on 2 nails. I work in an office job so I just type all day. I don’t do much of anything as far as physical labor wise. They did charge a hefty price which I was okay with because, the owner kept stating that we take our time & we do nice nails here. So, I expected nothing but that. I’ve had shellac ever since I’ve been getting my nails done much. They never normally chip. They might look dull when it’s older but, never chips. they charged an extra $20 for shellac. I’m not too happy paying $20 for shellac that was not done properly either time. Maybe four or five days later my shellac start the chip on 3 nails. I went in and got my shellac redone & then a week later a nail that was freshly put on when I got my fill broke from the base.
