I can’t speak to their quality of work because I never made it in. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. I was making an appointment for my daughter (who was in school at the time of the call) and when I didn’t know if she wanted a regular or gel manicure she got annoyed with me and became curt. When I gave the woman her name I began to spell it out (it’s not a typical name) she cut me of and said “I got it”. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I promptly found an appointment at another local salon and called Creative touch back to cancel. The 1st impression is always the most important!

Best dip powder manicure I’ve ever gotten. The nail tech was quick, the result looked very sleek (sometimes dip powder manis look very bulky) and has lasted 3 weeks and still going strong!

I didn’t have an appointment, but I walked in and they got started on me right away. I had a pedicure and gel manicure for $45. The lady who did my pedicure spent a lot of time massaging my legs! It was so nice! The place itself is cute and very clean! Another plus, they’re in parking lot that has plenty of parking.

My came out ok on my nails and awful on my toes. The biggest issue was I specifically asked the lady if they use clean tools right out the pack and the lady lied and said yes. I got an important phone call so i didn’t see what they were doing but my sister did. She said they just took the tools out of the cart and they didn’t look clean. She didn’t even get her nails done because she was grossed out. Other reviews on here said this place wasn’t clean and i should have listened to them. Also the staff was incredibly rude. They were also clearly taking negatively about us and it made me uncomfortable. They rushed my sister and i as soon as we got in the door when we were already 10 mins early to the appt. It was an uncomfortable and bad experience. I do not recommend this nail place. Don’t waste your money.

Been going here for a year now. Always easy to get an appointment, they go with most of my nail ideas and desires, I like Helen a lot because she communicates with me in English and does beautiful nail art. May is wonderful and her daughter too. Always on time, and a great service.
