Today I went for an underarm and bikini wax. No one told me to wait at least 2 weeks from your last shave to be waxed, until I was there (and it took me an hour to get there…. So I was a bit frustrated.) Danita, however, went ahead and waxed what she could and tweezed the rest. She certainly made up for the lack of communication that I first received. She was very nice and professional.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI scheduled a massage for my wife’s birthday. This review is only for the massage therapist because the establishment was clean, professional and staff was very nice.But when it came to the therapist, my wife was not happy with the massage she received. The therapist didn’t introduce herself and the atmosphere was not relaxing. She advised me that the lights were bright and music was horrible. She also was burned with the rocks twice and the therapist slammed the drawers when opening and closing to retrieve the rocks.As far as the massage itself, my wife was not impressed. It should be noted that my wife is a license/certified physical therapist and told me it was just a horrible massage.I felt really bad that my wife had such a bad experience due to it being her birthday.I scheduled a massage for my wife’s birthday. The place has an uptown feel which could be intimidating if not for the very friendly staff. I’m always satisfied with the results of various services such as waxing, hair cuts, and facials. Denita makes me feel so comfortable we talk the whole time. My husband gets massages with Paige and is relaxed enough to fall asleep…. several times.

I was looking for a great day spa to get a massage and I heard creative touch was a great place to go. This being my first time going to a day spa I was little intimidated but the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Despite being a few minutes late for my appointment I was still taken in right away my message therapist Paige was awesome. I felt very good after my message and this will be my go to place when I need a day of relaxation.
