I tried to call the number on the business card I was given to give them plenty of notice that I was unable to keep my appointment two days from now, but I got a message saying ‘enter your access code’. I tried leaving a message, anyway…but it wouldn’t let me, it just clicked off. I have no other way of letting her know that my schedule changed. I feel bad, but I didn’t have any other way of getting in touch with her.
