Unfortunately my experience wasn’t good. When my daughter and I arrived to the salon we were not greeted. The two stylist that were there stared at us until i let it be known why we were there. The lady Santia that did my daughter’s hair was not friendly at all. I don’t know if she forgot about the appointment or what but she seemed kind of surprised when I told her why we were there.The energy we received seemed a bit off and was very unwelcoming but since I booked online and had already paid I left my baby to get her hair done. I picked her up I gave the stylist a tip, thanked her, and got my daughter and left. No thank you, Bye, nothing. So of course I asked my child about her experience seeing as this was her first time ever going to a beauty salon and she said it was okay. I asked her why and she said the lady doing her hair seemed annoyed by her but was friendly with literally everyone else. She said she made absolutely no small talk with her but talked to everyone else around her. She did however say that she liked the stylists daughter who helped to blow dry her hair. She also said that she seemed rushed with her hair but took her time with everyone else she rotated in between. The overall experience was very uncomfortable for her. Idk what the issue was and it really bothers me because I did extensive research and this place had nothing but positive reviews. Idk if they had a no child policy that I may have overlooked but I made sure to leave her age in the notes when I booked the appointment online. I’m just really sad that my child’s first salon experience made her feel like a nuisance rather than a paying customer that deserved to be acknowledged and treated like she mattered. It’s a shame because I was really excited about finding this place and having my daughter be a regular customer here but nah. The silk press was cute but I won’t be returning. I guess we were one of the unlucky ones that didn’t get the 5 star experience ♀️.

From the time I scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter, Santia and her entire staff have been nothing but welcoming, professional and extremely accommodating. Their talent speaks for itself and the vibe of the establishment will have you addicted!!! I have scheduled appointments for myself, my mother and my daughter and it’s been nothing short of an amazing experience every time. They are worth every single dollar and then some!! Tia got me in at the last minute, when TWO other salons canceled, on me. I needed my locs colored for a wedding I was going to. I intended to just get color and do the retwist myself, later, because my budget was tight. Not only did she do my STUNNING color, she threw in the retwist AND beautiful 2 strand twist, at no extra cost❣ Creative Styles 1, Tia, in particular, brought me to tears with the professionalism, kindness and talent. Nobody but Tia has touched my locs! And as long as I’m in Pensacola NoONE will! I definitely recommend her shampoo. It lathers BETTER than any product I’ve used in the store! With out all the CHEMICALS and leaves my feeling light, not heavy like products from the hair store.

A few months back I got my hair did by a lady named Keisha I asked for some highlights in my hair which was good until my hair started falling out until I am now when wigs I tried to get in touch with her she played like she didn’t know who I was I didn’t remember who I was but she remember that $120 that I paid her cash money so another nice young lady when I stop by the shop was nice enough to tell me what kind of hair dyed that she use to on my hair and told something to start treating my hair to try to get it from falling out I am almost bald headed I had a head full of long beautiful hair before I went to this woman and got her to flat iron my hair and it put highlights in it .
