If there were NEGATIVE Stars this place would get them. I contacted the Salon and sent photos of my hair to see if they were able to do my roots. I was told they could absolutely take care of my roots that everyone that worked there had over 30 years experience and set an appointment Sat. June 19th at 10:30am with Susan. Susan was foiling my hair & it seemed off, but every stylist has their own weave technique. After 3 minutes of putting the last foil in, she opened the foil and said it was processed and needed to get me to the bowl. I debated with her that she had just put them in and I normally sit for at least 30 min not 3 minutes. She put a hairdryer on my front and right side foils. When she got me to the bowl she had me there over an hour putting product in, washing product out, putting product in….her and the owner Christina kept going back and forth into the back room coming out talking with Susan directing her to do this and that. I was getting really nervous, something wasn’t right. A normal rinse, tone shampoo & condition has turned into a struggle for them to correct the color on my hair, my head was so sore from Susan rubbing and rubbing I finally demanded to bring me a mirror so I could see my own hair. My hair was orange everywhere Susan had put bleach. I told the Owner Chris that Susan had just put the foils in and had not processed properly before she started taking them out. Both Christina (the Owner) and Susan the stylist were trying to make the orange lift with all the product they were putting in my hair for an hour. I told them I had had enough, I got up and took off my smock walking out with wet orange hair. Trying to discuss with the Owner about the services and I didn’t feel I should have to pay for a full highlight which they said they could deliver and did not, she started arguing with me while she was working on a clients hair saying I wasn’t going to get anything for free!? I didn’t want free anything, I’m stuck with Orange hair and she said I would have to come back to Susan to correct my hair. I’ve been crying since I left the salon not just because of the orange hair, when I got home and dried my hair…that is when the real damage shows. This is what the hour at the bowl was about, this is something they both knew that I did not know because my hair was still wet. Not only did I have orange hair spotted with my own natural hair, Susan had damaged my hair where she had put the hair dryer all of my hair is broken off, hair I have been growing for over 5 years is now missing. You can always change colors of your hair, but once it has been broken off you can’t tape it back. Before Creative Roots pic and After Creative Roots Picture. Very sad. 🙁

The day of my haircut – today – I received a call to reschedule…I’m sure the hairdresser had valid reasons but seriously… I take it my money and business is no good, they keep dumping me.Needless to say it’s unacceptable.
