One to two weeks after my mother got her nails done, she removes the nails and finds a bright green fungus on top and under every single nail. I approached Linda calmly, showed her the photos of my mothers hands and Linda quickly dodged responsibility and said that was not from them and that my mother’s job (who works from home and types on a computer) could be the reason for the fungus or my mother WASHING HER HANDS is the reason for a bright green fungus to be on and under every one of my mother’s nails. It clearly looks like a case of unclean tools or a specific chemical or glue being used. She declined a $40 refund without hesitation. Be weary of these money hungry nail salons. If my mothers nails fall off we will be taking further action.

Her or her sister are awesome! Ken is great too! I don’t usually make an appointment coming in, and know they can be very busy. But i will wait for Linda or ken! They are worth the wait! Pedicure service is always spot on for me. Linda is the only person i let touch my brows. I have been coming here for about 5yrs now. Linda is amazing. I always come with an idea or a picture and she replicates them perfect each time. Her or her sister are awesome! Ken is great too! I don’t usually make an appointment coming in, and know they can be very busy. But i will wait for Linda or ken! They are worth the wait! Pedicure service is always spot on for me. This place is terrible !!!!! The people are so rude ! And the guy that did my pedicure seemed like an amateur. A younger guy there….He didn’t even polish my toes right ! He didn’t put any lotion or oil , I had to ASK him to do it. Very lazy, not sure he even has his license he seemed like a rookie. The worst experience! Don’t come to this salon. Everyone is so rude too. Never again.

One of my friends introduced me to Ken who works here. I love how detail oriented he is and takes his time with the nails to make sure they are right and I like them. My nails came out amazing. The only thing I can say is its hard to call and talk to him directly. Sometimes the scheduling is off. The lady who picks up the phone sounds like she is always in a rush to rush you off the phone. Other than that the place is nice, clean. Ken is awesome!!

I’ve been going here for years and they usually do a great job on pedicures but this time I was very dissatisfied. The guy who did my toes shaped them terribly. Some are square and others it looks like he attempted to make them coffin shaped. Also the polish is all over my cuticle and on the sides of my nails. It looks like a child did them. Very disappointed.

Linda was so nice . She did my nails and I love them. They sell masks and clothes in there too. The only thing I can say is maybe use a stronger glue for the diamonds on my nails because they’re falling off like leaves. I would definitely come here again though
