This was my second time here for a pedicure. The first time was fabulous, thus the second visit. This time my practitioner did the essentials and painted my toe nails. She talked in a language other than English the whole time to the other practitioners or to herself. She was nice to me, but she seemed impatient to get the job done. My companion got better & longer treatment. I will not return here.

I went to the shrewsbury location for my pedicure I had Vivian let me say I have had many fantastic pedicures but this tech omg she was amazing !! I got the hot stone she was so sweet she took her time and just very gentle and perfect pressure I have to say it was by far the best I ever had. Yes there prices are higher then most but i will be back .

I have been going to the Shrewsbury location for a while. Visited yesterday with a cast on due to a broken wrist. Wasn’t sure if I could get my usual fill and gel polish but Tony was amazing. He spent extra time to do the job and was gentle, patient and innovative in working around the cast. Totally exceeded expectations. Manicure, Pedicure

DO NOT GET NAILS DONE BY ANDY. He rushed through the whole process and didn’t listen to what length or shape I want. He was very rough and yanking my hand and arms around. Didn’t check to see if lengths matched at all and like I said rushed through the entire thing. VERY UNHAPPY. I’ve never had a problem here until I got him doing my nails.

A pleasant place to have a pedi! Set up for a true spa experience. The pedis are done in a dark room, (spotlights on feet) with ambient music playing. The comfy chairs can be partitioned off with curtains for privacy from others. I have not utilized other services, but worth trying as the staff were all great!

Updating my review. I took my girls and their cousins to the Worcester location this week and later in the day I had my appointment. The girls reported that they were treated rudely the entire time, as if they were not welcomed at the salon. One of the cousins asked 3 different people if they could do a specific design on her nails. They all said a 4th person could do it. When that person did her nails, she told her that she would not be doing the design. She instead used the color to paint her whole nail. When she spoke up again and said that she didn’t want that and she would be ok if she used a nail extender to get the design, the nail tech just told her NO. When I went later in the day, there were no issues. Read other comments on google and it seems that they don’t treat young paying customers right.

I have been going to the white city location for Years my go to lady is Julie, but today when I called for a appt Julie was off so I was given Tarina which was fine she spent a lot of her time sneaking to use her phone ok no big deal then the bill comes she writes on her slip 43.00 plus 1.00 so it came to 44.00 this was for a fill and gel polish . I ask what is the dollar for and she said for buffing n filing n I said what!!! That’s not included ??? I could see she was getting uncomfortable so she spoke to the front desk in there language which is who knows what they said . Comes back to me n then said oh my last customer was # 43 and now u Are 44 n that’s the price btw when I sat down initially she said I was her second customer all day. I work so hard for my money . But what irritating is that they assumed that I was stupid n didn’t catch on big mistake on there part!! Sadly I will not be going back please ladies ask questions they are scamming us and we don’t even know it .we just all pay the price

Ask for Trina Julie is Steohanie. Just not the man…but they’re awesome. Little pricey and the do t have the “trendiest” nail art but you walk out fabulous. they’re nail are is cute. However if you don’t want “general” nail salon designs go someplace else. I showed then a few picks of geometrical type lines/ colors. And ombre. They can’t do that. If you want a second color it’s like another seven dollars.
