Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have come to this Creative Nails location a couple of times now and each time the price is different. They are never on time for my appointments and the last time I went they charged me $80 for 1 color w dip which is insanely overpriced. Three nails broke within a week because tney were done paper thin, one of which resulted in the attached picture. I waited for it to heal and they redid the set (which i had to practically beg for.. the manager was extremely rude & unprofessional) which they were late for, then making me late for work, and the nails were bumpy and jagged. They sat me in a dirty chair with nail filings left from previous clients. I have come to this Creative Nails location a couple of times now and each time the price is different. They are never on time for my appointments and the last time I went they charged me $80 for 1 color w dip which is insanely overpriced. I made an appointment for a spa pedicure and Tammy really made it special for me. I’ve had people try to rush me out of there and not take their time on the service but she was excellent. Really kind and warm welcoming. Definitely going back and asking for her. Spa services

This place has gone downhill. Their prices are not consistent. I have always got the dip powder because it last longer. One time I asked the nail tech to paint a halloween symbol on each ring finger. I was charged 10.00. Grand total with dip was 81.00. The next time I went in I requested something else painted. The girl said it would cost 15.00 extra. When I complained and said I had just paid 10.00 the last time and requested to speak to the manager, the manager was rude and incorrigible. I then explained to the manager that their prices are clearly not consistent and that each tech can obviously charge what they want. She told me that they are the best around. LOL! The place is dirty. I am surprised the board of health has not shut this business down. I read the reviews of people complaining of bad experiences and being told they don’t offer refunds here. My response to that is you are most certainly allowed a refund for bad service. No one should have to pay for something they are not happy with especially if the nail tech makes you bleed (one reviewer posted). It is called filing a dispute with your credit card company. I never pay cash when I get my nails done. Only pay cash when I leave a tip for good work. You are better off going to a mall to get your nails done.

Genuinely disappointed, I’ve been getting pedicures for 20 years meow and normally if I’m paying $100+ for a service I kinda expect it to be perfect. The price was purely just off the atmosphere and location. These ladies tht did my friends and my feet , just didn’t seem to care about the job they where doing. And felt rushed. Had to tell her to fix every nail but they still look very amateur and rushed, then would talk and giggle with her friends about us…(probably don’t talk shyt infront of ur part Asian client who can understand what your saying was extremely rude)

I use to go here because of the convenient location. The service is ok. After I booked a bridal party here with them over the phone with exactly what everyone in my party was getting done, then confirmed this again just to show up the day before my wedding for them not to have me in the book & have another bridal party there at the time of mine. No one tried to accommodate us. There was no manager to speak to. I can honestly say I will NEVER go back.

They were very safe and clean when it came to social distancing and mask wearing. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. My fiancé and I got regular pedicures and manicures (mine was a gel). They did a great job at cutting away the cuticles efficiently. Only one of my fingers had an uneven coat of gel but overall a great experience. Those who say they are not friendly or not willing to have conversation are wrong.

Now here I am 6 days later and almost all the polish is peeling and my nails are super brittle and breaking/ripping off parts. I have short nails so it’s not like they’re getting caught on things. The staff was great, polite, and helpful and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However my gel manicure hasn’t even last a week, and I already went back once 2 days after because it was peeling off. Now here I am 6 days later and almost all the polish is peeling and my nails are super brittle and breaking/ripping off parts. I have short nails so it’s not like they’re getting caught on things. I’m not sure if they filed off too much or something but my nails have never been this weak before. For almost $40 I would expect better quality for a simple gel manicure.
