Sharon was Amazing. For the first time in like 30 years, I was genuinely satisfied and happy with the way my nails were done. She shaped them perfectly, without me saying a word other than length and color/art design. I have horribly ugly nail beds, fat, uneven, this and just simply ugly. From the glueing of the tip had my nails looking beautifuly, narrow, not too thin,but not fat, long, coffin shaped and looking perfect. Sharon was pleasant and welcoming. Prices were reasonable.Thank you for a great experience. This shop became my shop, going forward.

I’m sorry but I have tried to give this place so many chances but this was the last time I get me nails done here. I asked for almond shape Gel X nails with Crome tips and idk why the girl who did my nails said she could do it. She cut my nails way too small and put glitter all over my nails and made them round. I just wished you were honest about not being able to do what I wanted. I would of appreciated the honesty and to charge me $70. It was a waste of money I had to drive to Pico Rivera to topline nails to get them fix. I’m sorry but you need to hire more trained nail techs you only have two nail techs who know what their doing but they’re always booked so if the others don’t know at least get them some proper training so they’re not ripping people off.

This place suck. Their pedicure price was $20 . As soon as I get there, the price went up to $25. They charged additional $2 for credit card fee without even asking me. There wall clock don’t even work I would not recommend to anyone there. Manicure, Pedicure

I’m reading all these bad reviews and I have to say the last couple of times I’ve tried this place out nothing but great work and I pay way less then wonderful nail they wanna charge 80 bucks for a set and design I paid 40 yesterday for a full gel set I waited about 15 min and the guy at the front noticed that and when I paid he apologized for the wait and gave me a 5$ off coupon for next time If that’s not great service I don’t know what is …… oh yeah thanks lily table 6 for hooking me up ❤

3rd time there. Each time i had to go back to fix my nails. Today the assistant manager/ technician named Amy left during my appointment to help a walk in that needed her nail fixed. My grandson wanted a pedicure, he was promised a pedicure by the assistant manager. He was NEVER given one. We waited an hour and a half.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Great customer service from Allen who will take your appointment and payment to the greatly talented nail techs! I personally go to Kim, Sharon or Nicole, but all have an individual style to their designs and artistic abilities. Would highly recommend to all of my peeps. Btw, Allen is AWESOME at finding the perfect color. 🙂

I had been a loyal customer here for over a year. All the workers know me pretty well already. But as of today i will stop coming here. I literally just went Friday to get a fill and two nails already broke!! I came in today (Sunday) at 5:30 to try and get them fixed. As soon as i got there he said they were close even tho their hours says they close at 6. I tried to explained to him in a a nice calm way that i just wanted to get those two nails fixed since i had just came in Friday and they had already broke. He said i could try going on Tuesday and they would fix it no questions asked. I explained (still in a nice calm way) that i couldnt because i dont get off work til 7pm all week which is the same time they close. And all he did was look at me with a straight face and say well youre going to have to try telling your boss to let you off early or something (with an attitude!). Its just two freaking nails that need to be fix not a full set. How long can it really take! So disappointed in the way i was treated being a long time loyal customer.
