10 dollars to take off my dip. Let my whole hand soak in acetone for a VERY long time ( not good for your nails) where I scrubbed the dip powder off myself. She came back and roughly buffed my nails nicking my skin in the process. I STILL HAVE DIP POWDER ON MY NAILS AND SHE DIDN’T FILE MY NAILS. Not worth the time or money.

I love this little salon, the owner and MOST OF the team are fabulous. My mom and I were there yesterday…we treat ourselves every now and again. I wasn’t pleased with my technician this time though. My feet are very sensitive, and my reflexes show it. The tech kept grabbing my foot telling me to relax, and pressing my foot down in a way it doesn’t go. It won’t stop me from going back, I’ll just make sure it get someone different next time.

I’m still in pain from my pedicure. My heels are cut and so sore. My toe hurts really bad. My toe nail polish came off the night I got them done. I didn’t even go back and ask to get them fixed because my feet truly hurt that bad. So disappointed ☹️ Pedicure

It’s been TWO WEEKS since I’ve gotten my feet done at this location. I had to have my feet sealed up because of the cuts I got during my pedicure. BOTH of my feet were cut during my pedicure. Due to them being directly on my heel and walking on the wound everyday it’s been slow to heal causing me so much pain every day. It’s been AWFUL. I NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. I will NEVER go back to this location. I am traumatized

I love love love Cindy and Tammy. We originally started out with them at another shop 3 years ago. They each went on maternity leave and when they came back they opened Creative Nails and Spa. We were ecstatic. They do such a great job on our nails. I constantly get compliments on how good my nails look. The customer service can’t be beat and they are reasonably priced. My mother, daughters and I will continue to go here as long as Cindy and Tammy are there to greet us. Thank you for all you do!
