A friend recommended Creative Nails, I’ve been there 3x now and will continue. The ladies that work here are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They manage their time extremely well. I’ve had both manicures and a pedicure and have been exceedingly happy each time. I used to dance with a ballet company so plenty of calluses on my feet. Typically a pedicure has lasted a few days. Last time I went I got the Signature Pedicure, it’s been at least a week and no calluses. Definitely recommend.

The best nail salon in orlando, period. Everyone does excellent work that I’ve been to soo far. I can personally recommend Franny, Daisy, Karen or Steven. They’re all wonderful! Never had a bad SNS job or pedicure and everyone is very communicative and considerate, even the receptionists! I drive 30 minutes to come to this salon and will wait however long is necessary, if I haven’t booked an appointment, because they are truly the best. Thank you Creative for always taking care of me!

Really nice nail salon love the set up and decor. The prices are mid range. Good service I don’t have any complaints. They take appointments and for the most time you don’t wait when you come which is great. Quality service which is really hard.

Very nice place, always do a good job on my nails (I do the SNS) I’ve gone multiple times since june and have gone to a different person probably every time and haven’t had a problem with any of the nail techs. My only complaint would be the man at the front sometimes when it gets busy he tends to rush you of the chair but I guess that’s business, more people = more money.

Really disappointed in Creative Nails and Spa. I’ve been going there for more than five years and their service used to be exceptional, but the last two experiences I’ve had with them have been terrible. Last week, I brought my sister there for a manicure on her birthday. After giving her the book of colors, within a minute the lady doing her nails said “can you hurry up and pick out a color”. Then my sister asked her a question and she began her response with “like I said…” which I found super rude. I completely understand that many places are understaffed and times are stressful, but there are much nicer ways to speak to customers. Then today, I had an appointment to go in with family for pedicures before I had to go to work. Without asking me first, I received a text saying that my appointment time had been changed to later in the day. I tried to call to cancel my appointment because I wouldn’t be home in time for work and they won’t answer the phone. Again, I understand that business are struggling right now, but customers make appointments according to their schedule and don’t expect them to be changed without being asked first. I guess I’m just going to have to find a new nail salon.

This was my 1st visit here. I’m looking for a new nail shop home. Nice place and lots of staff working on a Sunday. I saw a guy and he was very fast and good. He didn’t cut me with his filing thingy so I was happy about that. Lol. So I got regular polish since this was my 1st time here and i wanted to see if I liked them first. I normally get gel. I do feel since I chose the regular polish my nails were not cleaned up as nicely and polish had to dry with a fan. So I guess the light is only for gel polish? IDK. I have lots of stuff under my nails also (see pics). But the nail tech work was excellent. So overall I like the location and people seem friendly. So I will try them again and update.

Don’t usually write review but this place is AMAZING!!! Been coming here for a while after a bad nail experience at another salon. Each time when I come here, I leave with my nails looking good! The techs here also do some amazing designs too. Overall, this salon is amazing, I’ve never have a bad experience here, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
