I have always had great experiences here until recently. The male nail tech, I don’t know his name, did not do a good job. I kept wanting to show him the picture and he would refuse it and say “I got it”. I was charged for a French tip manicure, which was NOT at all what I wanted, but was what I was given because the male nail tech would not look at the picture. He was also extremely rough with my hands – I would say “ow” or “can you not pull so hard” and he would laugh at me. It does not show in the picture I have, but the hearts on the thumb nails were painted sideways????? I have no idea why. I might go somewhere else next time if I’m put with him.

I’ve been coming since October 2021 and I absolutely love it! I see Stacy for my pedicures and waxing; and Vivian for my nails. These women are phenomenal. Very sweet and I always leave feeling super spoiled and beyond pleased. I never have issues being seen and Vivian can literally do any design you can imagine. Everyone always asks me where I get my nails and eyebrows done and I’m too excited to share my lovely ladies. Keep up the amazing work. I’m going to miss them when I move

Critical: ValueI’m writing this review because the lady named Julie performed a great job on my pedicure, however the male nail tech- I asked him several times what was going to be the cost of my nails he did not respond he just kept encouraging me to get long nails. I asked him not to add all the designs but he kept wanting to add the designs till I told him not to add any more designs. Then when it was time to pay my charge for my full set of nails and takeoff, it was $95! I said I did not want to pay that much and they said, “well if it was shorter it would only be $45” so the male tech deceived and manipulated to get me to keep long nails which broke off in a day. I’m very disappointed and I’m not coming back to that store!
