I absolutely love this salon! They express so much pride in their work. There is careful attention to detail and quality of all services provided. Their nail art is beautiful and it lasts for a very long time. I appreciate their commitment to maintaining clean surroundings during this lasting pandemic through requiring hand washing of incoming clients and appropriate spacing to allow social distancing. Many businesses have given up on these necessary measures to protect vulnerable folks during these times. I cannot express my admiration enough. This is the best salon for folks from the Pownal/Bennington, Vermont area and the surrounding North Adams/Williamstown, Massachusetts area. It’s well worth the trip, I promise.

Family owned, Friendly staff, Proper cleaning and sterilization, and THE BEST in North Adams, Ma/Berkshires. I used to drive to Springfield MA before finding Creative Nails. Id strongly recommend calling in advance because they are busy and people book a month or more in advance to secure their appointments. 10/10

Critical: QualityI got my nails done for my wedding. They did not go down all the way and within days they looked like they needed a fill. Less than a week they popped off. Barely any pressure and they came right off. My daughter got a gel polish as well and hers came off in sheets within two days. Won’t return.Edited: in regards to the reply. I needed a pedicure after 3 days of hiking. They were gentle and yet got the job done. I almost always wear chrome nail polish but they only had a OPI silver. I’m not sure I got the complete foot and calf massage.
