Critical: QualityMy daughters and I had dip manicures and pedicures here on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the next day the top layer of polish began to chip leaving me with two different colors of nails. I called and they did offer to fix but I was working 12hrs Tuesday and Wednesday and going away Thursday for my anniversary. My daughters and I had dip manicures and pedicures here on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the next day the top layer of polish began to chip leaving me with two different colors of nails. I called and they did offer to fix but I was working 12hrs Tuesday and Wednesday and going away Thursday for my anniversary. A great new nail place in Norwell.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis location recently opened and was clean and new feeling. I was able to easily book online and check in using the tablet at the desk. They had many options for nail polish colors and types, including nontoxic (for $3-$8 more). I had a Creative pedicure and the pedicurist Vivian was friendly, not overly chatty, and did a nice job. A couple of minor issues but nothing show stopping and would absolutely return. (She was not able to get the water very warm and attributed it to the fact they’d just opened for the day. And my big toe had extra polish on it that smudged when she put the finishing oil on, and I was pleased that she offered to redo it without me asking). I left with feet that felt soft and looked great! The entire visit took me 1 hour 20 minutes, which felt long, but luckily I wasn’t in a rush.
