Critical: ProfessionalismI was a very regular costumer. There was a miscommunication about a color choice (he was to match my toes to my fingers). When I walked out I realized they were way off. I questioned him while he was painting…but trusted it was just the lighting. Left and ran an errand and decided to come back after an hour because it was just not a color I liked. You would have thought I’d asked for a refund based on how I was treated. They told me they would need to charge me to change the color to better match, after being in just an hour earlier, and I told them they matched the colors, not me! Then my nail tech and I disagreed on whether or not he picked it for me. Shockingly, were playing the blame game, but my philosophy is, if the customer is unhappy, make it right! When I came back in, my nail tech, the receptionist and I had a loud, humiliating discussion in front of the whole salon. They told me the owner had agreed to ‘do me a favor’ just this once and allow me to change the color with no charge.After this, one of the employees (possibly owner?) came by unsolicited and loudly told me I had fungus on toes! (I do not, I play tennis and have bruising under my toenails). I assume this was an attempt to embarrass me.To boot, on the way out, two of the female employees, one who I was having a heated exchange with earlier when she mentioned charging me extra for the polish change, were laughing at me!What a disappointing, unprofessional experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be back…nor will my friends and family…(Tony – the tech who did my fingernails- is lovely, this incident occurred with the nail tech who did my pedicure, receptionist & management)I was a very regular costumer. I was a very regular costumer. There was a miscommunication about a color choice (he was to match my toes to my fingers). When I walked out I realized they were way off. I questioned him while he was painting…but trusted it was just the lighting. Left and ran an errand and decided to come back after an hour because it was just not a color I liked. You would have thought I’d asked for a refund based on how I was treated. I went back the next day to have them fix the polish and i was told it was going to be a 30-45 min wait and was asked to come back. I told the owner i would wait as i did not have time to come back. I waited almost 40 minutes and during that time another customer walks in stating she broke her nail. The owner tells her she can go over to one of the guy tech and he will be right with her as he was wrapping up on the client he had. Remind you i was still waiting to be serviced and was there before this particular customer. I was finally told to be seated where the tech rushed painting the nail for me to go home and wake up the next day with a big bubble again. Polish peeled right off and the white polish that he used to coat my nails before applying the other polish was sticky and not dried. I didn’t bother going back as i had to wait forever the first time, was overlooked and treated as if i wasn’t a paying customer just like the lady who broke her nail and the job done was rushed and was not worth all the money i spent to get them done. I will never go to this location again. For starters i went and got my nails done, a day later the gel polish had bubbles under it and the polish was not sticking. I went back the next day to have them fix the polish and i was told it was going to be a 30-45 min wait and was asked to come back. I told the owner i would wait as i did not have time to come back. I waited almost 40 minutes and during that time another customer walks in stating she broke her nail. They asked several times if I can come in before or after the times asked for to accommodate the stylist, but I said that didn’t fit with my schedule. So they put me down for another stylist and I asked if they would be able to do dinner more natural looking acrylic fill like my original style is. I received a call back a couple minutes later stating that the other style is felt too much pressure and uncomfortable when I asked to do more thinner and natural looking acrylics. No fancy design no fancy shape, just Violet down a little bit thinner for me. Was extremely upset today when my stylist wasn’t available for the time I needed to get my nails done. They asked several times if I can come in before or after the times asked for to accommodate the stylist, but I said that didn’t fit with my schedule.
