Critical: Quality, ValueThe quality of the nails were not at all good quality compared to other services. Portion of my nails not covered in acrylic. The pedicure was nice experience but the manicure was not what i was expecting. Felt rushed, final product looked NOTHING like the reference picture. Overall not the best experience.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could rate this place with negative stars I absolutely would. I just left and have never been more disappointed. I have been using dip on my natural nails for years. I have used this location many times of the years. The ladies that were there today were faces I didn’t recognize. Long story short- it looks like my 5 year old put playdoh on my nails. Lumps, waves. Terrible. I had coffin shaped nails and walked out with every other shape except coffin. Round, oval, square. She did the top coat wrong the first time and tried to “fix” it. It looks like there are craters on my nails. They offered to fix them again- after already being there over 2 hours AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME $45. Now I have to go spend 50 somewhere else to get them fixed. I work 60+ hours a week. My nails are the one and only thing I do for myself. How incredibly disappointing. If I could rate this place with negative stars I absolutely would. I just left and have never been more disappointed. I have been using dip on my natural nails for years. Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in because i was at Value City next door and decided i would just go ahead and get my nails done while I’m right there. Before i even sat in the guy’s (did not get his name, since he had no license up at his station, nor did he introduced himself) chair i realized how rude he was; he never spoke the entire time i was sitting there, instead he just pushed my hands each time he was finished with one n needed to switch. When it was time for me to wash my hands he just pointed behind him; i had to ask someone else where the sink was; and throughout all this time i kept my cool. After coloring my nails he did not take my purse to the dryer like all other salons technicians do, instead he told me to leave it on the chair. After i got dried n went to get my purse i realized my purse was on the floor, so i asked why; he had the nerve to tell me i should have taken it to the dryer area with me. I reminded him that he told me to leave it there. I got furious, because i realized now, he is not only rude, but he is also a liar. I would never return there, my first n last time. I could never subject myself to such rudeness again from that scum and any of his kinds. That big head boy was so rude, its pathetic. I would never recommend this place….customer service stinks….customers obviously not appreciated ( or at least, not all customers appreciated/welcomed there).I gave them a one star because there is no option for ‘0’. I walked in because i was at Value City next door and decided i would just go ahead and get my nails done while I’m right there. Before i even sat in the guy’s (did not get his name, since he had no license up at his station, nor did he introduced himself) chair i realized how rude he was; he never spoke the entire time i was sitting there, instead he just pushed my hands each time he was finished with one n needed to switch.
