Uneven shapes and sizing, no clean up of the polish around the nail, bumpy spots, made me bleed and never took care of it. Disappointed to say the least but it was sad seeing them be so friendly to everyone else and do such a good job up until it came to our service. First hand it seemed like it was going to be a good experience, until me and my sister both got rushed out of the hand wash station then got laughed at for the choices we wanted and the work they did on us after repeatedly asking if we liked it.
