Great service great price. My nail tech’s name was Jon. He was very attentive to detail and made sure everything was just right. I got the luxury pedicure and I couldn’t be more happy with the clean lighthearted atmosphere. I highly recommend the luxury Pedi because the hot rock massage and hot wat is just the best part of my week and so relaxing.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible and rude. I came here to get a pedicure 5 days ago and had a terrible experience. I am trying to save money so I decided to just get a basic pedicure, and although I normally get gels, I decided to save $15 and just get a regular polish French tip pedicure. (Gels cost $20 extra, French costs $5 extra.) The nail tech was insistent that I get gels, and I told her I was trying to save money and regular polish is fine. Then she tells me that she will charge me $5 to remove the gel. I had never been charged for this before, I thought they only charged if you were getting the gel removed without getting a manicure or pedicure (like a polish change), but fine. I was still going to save $10, so I said go ahead and charge me. She again tries to insist on gels, and again I had to say I didn’t want to spend the extra money. I am feeling uncomfortable at this point (and honestly, embarrassed) but she had already removed the gel polish so I decided to just get this over with. I asked her to shorten the nails, which she didn’t really do, but again, I just wanted to get out of there. The she tries to pressure me to get gels again when she is ready to paint my nails, and I tell her no for at least the fourth time. She says, “It’s only $10!” really loudly, making me feel even more uncomfortable and embarrassed. Now she is visibly annoyed and gets up and talks to one of the other nail techs for a long time before begrudgingly coming back and giving me a polish French pedicure. Now, after that terrible experience, the polish is peeling off my toes already. I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years and I know that regular polish does not last as long as gels, but it certainly should last more than 5 days! It’s insult to injury that I scrimped and saved for this one small luxury to be embarrassed by the nail tech for not wanted to opt in to her upsell and THEN the polish came right off! Do not go here, there are plenty of other nail salons in the area that won’t treat you like garbage and the polish will last.Service: PedicureTerrible and rude. My biggest complaint was that I left with four bleeding cuticles. This should never happen. I watched the girl doing my nails repeatedly wipe away blood to finish my nails. After soaking my fingers, she spilled water all over my wallet and my pants and didn’t even mention it. My nails were all filed in different shapes and unevenly, and I was never asked what shape I wanted. I also found nail polish on the sides of multiple nails. The experience was SO rushed. She would pull my hand out of the light before the timer was off, and the massage was almost nonexistent because she was moving so fast. It was really sad and disappointing because I usually love getting my nails done. It felt like the girl doing my nails was more focused on chatting and laughing with the people next to her than she was focused on the clients. I couldn’t find any prices listed, but I felt like I was overcharged, especially since it wasn’t worth that much money. This was my first and last time going to this salon.

I love this place and go here every time I need my nails done. However, today I had a really bad experience here. I asked for a French tip and got exactly what I asked for. The lady doing my nails started bleeding pretty bad towards the end and got her blood all over my hands. I asked if she was ok and she said yes and continued to bleed on me and have me put my bloody hands into the LED curing machine with the blood still on me. I got really grossed out and had to wash my hands after she had finished my nails. When I went to pay she charged $75. This is the most I’ve ever paid to get my nails done here, as I usually pay around $50. I left with blood still on my hands and am not happy with the service.

The owner/manager is rude and aggressive. They overcharged my wife for a service and when we called the next day to get a $30 refund she went crazy on the phone and could not be reasoned with. She tried to say she had told my wife the price but she didn’t and our understanding was much different then what actually happened. Not only have we been good customers in the past and brought in family and friends but we tip at a high percent. I would say we are “Good Customers”. This lady has just lost a lot of business over $30 and I plan to backcharge my CC for this amount so she’s not going to get the money anyway.

This place always does an amazing job on my nails and pedicures! Very clean salon. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very kind and helpful too. I’ve been going there for almost a year! I highly recommend you going there! These pictures are from the last 3 times I’ve been. I go at least once a month.

After making a birthday reservation and arriving on time, I waited 45 minutes and still had not been seated. I would’ve missed my next birthday stop if I’d waited longer. When I asked for an update after 20 minutes and 40 minutes I was offered no apology, explanation, or estimate of when I’d be helped. It was disappointing to be treated like that.
