I went to get my nails done here and wasn’t happy with the first set I got. They were all different shapes and sizes and just didn’t look good. I called back and asked for a reshape and color. The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. When I arrived, the manager and owner came to take a look, apologized, and helped me get the nails I wanted. Valeria did an AMAZING job and the professionalism and kindness of the employees here was amazing! I will definitely be coming back next time I get them done!

I went here last night and I did not get what I asked for with my nails. The lady was a short and did not listen to what i asked for. I called this morning and they were so friendly and understanding. They fixed them and gave me exactly what I asked for. I truly appreciate them for correcting this and will 10 out of 10 go back. It was very busy when I went there, but they always with step away for a good five or 10 minutes to deal with another customer. The other skills are nice, the nails don’t last very long, they chip pretty easily. I don’t think I’m going to be coming back to this place, as I would like nails that actually last a while . They didn’t seem rude but it seemed like the ones that actually made appointments werent their first priority as the ones were just walk in, as they would just think you have a lot of time if you made an appointment considering just to walk in
