I went in 12/15 /2018 around 1pm to get my shellac removed cause I couldn’t make it to Jackson. I have been here before. But today was a NIGHTMARE.. I thought I was the customer and I should have any say on how I want my nails done. So.. Jade trying to debate with me on how it should be done. I refuse to debate with anyone about 10.00 dollars. Her and Peter need to revamp their skills. You don’t have to soak nails in acetone to remove shellac. I should’ve had my nails done the way I wanted done. Peter soak all of my overlay off try to get the shellac off. All he had to do is buff it off and it wouldn’t took 25 min. to do so. By doing that it took to much off of my overlay. And I said something about. Here goes the debate. Now!! I rush to get hardened clear nails to save my nails until I see my nail tech in Jackson.. The overlay was there to protect my nails… Now I got to get one replace… Next time… NO NEXT TIME… I will remain a dedicate customer to Ricky’s Nail Spa in Jackson where I can get want I want an especially the hot stone treatment

I walked in this was my 3rd time going here and Jade asked what I need I told her mani and pedi. She looked at me in front of another costumer and told me she dont know if I would fit in her chair. Yes I am a bigger lady but there was a nice way she could of said that. I went here because they were open late and I need my nails filled but after getting criticized for being a big lady I will never go back to this place
