I visited this shop and had the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail shop before! I am from Alabama and I am visiting with my boyfriend. His mom recommended this shop to me. Tim, the owner, seemed so nice at first. I asked for ombré nails and showed him the picture and he said that he could do it. As he started doing them I told him this was the first time I’ve seen them done the way he was doing it (technique wise). When he finished the first hand I told him it wasn’t blended well and i didn’t like it in a very nice way. I asked him what could we do to fix it, he told me nothing and to go get it taken off. He was very rude with me. He got up from the table and asked for the next customer and said he didn’t have time for this. He started to talk to another customer about my issue which was so unprofessional! I left this shop in tears at the product and the treatment I received. I am headed to California and this was a nightmare.

Nails shaped horribly and cracked and broke within a week of getting them done. Not to mention the polish job was horrible and I could see roaches crawling around while I was there, super unsanitary and grungy looking in there. Will not be returning.

The owner of this shop is very rude and lies about his products. He did me some eyelashes charged 30 dollars for it claiming because the eyelash glue he used was so expensive and good….now I have had my eyelashes done before at least once….as he was doing my lashes,it began to burn really bad….so he had to stop doing it …..so I stayed there for a quite a while trying to use wet napkins under my eyes to keep it from burning because I couldn’t put it over my eyes of because of the eyelashes….well as I was telling him that i didn’t understand why my eyes were burning so bad because I’ve had them done in albany and it didn’t do this…..so I’m assuming he gets upset when I said that because he began to raise his voice at me and telling me he was done….but pls ladies if your going to get something done like eyelashes stick to the professional creative nails in cordele ga is not the place to go for anything for that matter…my first and last time going there

They need people who understand English! I asked for regular manicure and pedicure which was $36 he did gel nails instead and charged me extra for they own fault and they don’t know how to talk to customers! Will never give them business again!
