I really enjoy Creative Nails. They usually take their time on pedis. Prices are good. Lots of choices for types of pedicures. I’ve never had a “bad” pedicure there, but there has been some inconsistency on the quality of “good.”OK?

This place seemed always too busy. I always have to wait so long even when I make the appointment. I think the manager or owner makes the workers work too much. It looks like she double books and that makes the workers to work fast. All staff are so nice but they are always in a hurry to accommodate awaiting customers one after another. Just feel bad for the staff.

Creative nails is amazing. I’ve been going here for years, and will not go anywhere else. Kathy (the owner/manager) always makes me feel at home, and makes sure I’m taken care of. The technician I see is Nick. Nick does an awesome job on my nails and his pedicure massages are the best! He is fast, professional, and pays attention to every detail. He even gives me great advice on colors! Love this place!

I’ve been going here for a while and they have a good staff and manager. Their prices are really good too. However, if you are looking for nail art, not the location to seek. I’ve been their multiple times asking for the simplest pattern and they can’t create it, ending up walking out with a simple manicure. I personally can do my own manicure so when I go to a salon I want something done that I can’t do. Although if you are looking for just a manicure and pedicure great place!

I came here to fix my nails from a place that was 50 -60 dollars for a gel ! When I came here they did an amazing job and was fast ! They took me right away and everyone was so nice and professional! She took care of me and made sure I loved the color. She even showed me what the color looks like . I Was very happy and will be coming here from now on !

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for about a year and they do a fantastic job. I’ve rarely had less discomfort during the process than I do with them. As for nails, I finally got a pedicure yesterday and was so impressed. The options for services they have are nearly endless and the price is an excellent value for the DC Metro area. I was impressed with not only their selection but the organization of it (I posted the photo of the nail polish wall and this is just their large rack, they have several smaller ones throughout). The nail tech was polite and didn’t talk much to the others which I appreciate as well. She asked what I wanted and how I wanted my nails done and they came out wonderfully.

Amazing experience! I got the new SNS manicure and it was really cool!!! It’s like gel powder but totally different instead of liquid gel or acrylic powder they quadruple dip your nails on this colored powder (will also be your nail polish color) and then file it, top coat and done! It’s thicker than gel polish and healthy for your nails with vitamins and calcium! I love it! I also had the best pedicure ever with Anna!

Critical: Quality, ValueI showed them a picture of a design I wanted and they said they can do it, but when the design part came it looked NOTHING like the picture. I was a bit annoyed but I showed them 2 more design pictures I wanted but they still couldn’t do it. At this point I was furious bc they told me they can do something they actually can’t. So at the end I had to go with a sold color bc they couldn’t do any of the simple designs I wanted. Not to mention the lady who was doing my nails was rushing me to pick a color bc she said she had another customer. Even after I pick the color and she paints them it’s terrible, there’s some part of the nail she didn’t clean off or paint. Lisa does my nails here. i have had gel, acrylic, regular mani and every pedi they have available. Lisa takes her time, does a great massage, and I never leave dissatisfied. Friendly staff, clean facility, comfy chairs, great pricing! i continue to go back time and time again.
