Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI first discovered Creative Nails and John’s family back in 2010, which was my freshman year in high school. That year was when my mom finally said whatever to acrylic nails. Since 2010 I have not left this place due to the fact I have never walked out unsatisfied! This is a family owned business and they treat their customers like you are apart of their family. I even brought my mom and my brother a few times to get a spa pedicure. They smiled the entire time and even said this place is just so welcoming and not overwhelming. While getting pedicures they were talking to the pediatricians and laughing with the stories they were sharing. It’s just a very comfortable and relaxing experience, you’d be crazy not to come back! I first discovered Creative Nails and John’s family back in 2010, which was my freshman year in high school. That year was when my mom finally said whatever to acrylic nails. Since 2010 I have not left this place due to the fact I have never walked out unsatisfied! This is a family owned business and they treat their customers like you are apart of their family. I’ve had my nails on for over two weeks and they still are holding up well but all I got was a pretty simple french but because I told them I was a guest at a wedding the acrylics went from $30 to $45 because of the little pearl details.

So I just moved to Berlin and I’m looking for a new nail salon I can go to, my little sister told me about this place and I went. First time was awesome people are nice I loved my pedicure did a full set and the only man there is the one you want to do your nails. He knows what he’s doing and shapes them great. But for my second visit I must say I was not so pleased and I went on a non busy day! They didn’t file down my lifted nail enough/properly and i know have fungus on that nail thanks to their laziness or lack of knowledge for lifted nails! So i I were to go again I would only do pedicures!

Amazing place. My mom has been taking me here since I was 7 and I have been coming back by myself ever since. Great prices and great nail technicians. Sometimes the wait is lengthy, but that’s only because everybody knows about this “hidden gem” in Berlin. Their service is truly unmatched, I can’t see myself going to another nail salon.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 26 years, giing here foe the oast 12 years. I have used several nail salons in my lifetime. John does the best nails! I have had times where it was too busy or I couldn’t get an appointment and I’ve tried several other salons closer to my home. However no one comes close to his quality of work. Now that I live almost an hour away I still travel to creative nails to have John do my nails; he is irreplaceable.
