I Walked Out Crying With Me And My Children I Was Talked About To Other Customers Due To Me Having Questions About How My Daughters Nails Looked They Were Suppose To Be Almost A Clear Blue With Sparkle But Have This Long Streak Of Dark Blue In One Of Them So I Was Wondering How That Came About And If We Could Fox It….No I Was Not Able To Have An Opinion Or Speak On Something That I Felt Was Not Right…..I Was Not Treated Like A Paying Customer The Woman Was Constantly Raising Her Voice At Me Embarrassing Me In Front Of Everyone I Dont Know If It Was Because I Looked Poor Or If It Was Because I Am Black….But I Am Truly Devastated From How I Was Treated….Her Husband Apologizing And Giving Me A Hug And Stating That His Wife Has Had A Long Day Still Didnt Make It Better For My Children To See Me Treated In A Such A Way And Still Not Knowing The Cause Of It Disgusts Me

I called and asked about availability the lady asked if I wanted to come at 4. I politely said no thank you, I have something else around that time. We can schedule for the next day. She says oh no, come in at 2:30. I agreed. When I got there they looked busy but he came and put me in a chair within 10min. I was happily waiting until it was over 1hr and a half and no one had came back to speak to me or even put my feet in water. People were walking in after and they were starting to help them. When I noticed them moving to the next person that had just walked in I spoke up. He ensured me it would only be 5more min. So I set back and then the guy finally came over. He went to the back and brought back what looked like a basic pedicure. I asked which one that was because I pointed on the menu where it clearly said all the extra stuff. I was not about to pay double in price for a basic pedicure after waiting almost 2hrs after my appointment time! I had to call and push back my other appointment which was why I couldn’t make it at 4 in the first place….. this upset the man and he was now purposely wasting my time. Hanging out in the back… then comes to the front-gives me a RUDE look and walks outside! I dry my feet to leave and put my shoes back on since it was 2hrs at this point…. The other guy goes to get him and he refuses to do my feet(asking to switch clients) needless to say I left and will never return. There’s always a reason on why you don’t go there in the first place! Horrible customer service, time management, and scheduling skills!

I had went there to get my nails done. I normally go to one closer to my house but they where booked for the day so I went here. My sister inlaw goes here sometimes so I thought I’d try it. I tried to make an appointment but there phone apparently wasn’t working. So I walked in, went through the usual wait period for these places and noticed as I was waiting that they where very rude to customers unless they where their regulars. I sat down and the man started working on my nails and he was not paying close attention to what he was doing I had to point out things he missed like areas wheren’t properly filed and I can see parts of the press on base. Looking at my nails now I’m seeing lots of things that he missed like nails are crooked and more filling, ext. I was trying to be nice and make small talk with him but he would ignore me. He was more focused on other customers and the phone then what I wanted or was saying. I still left him a tip because I was a walk in. I talked with my sister inlaw and she said that happened to her to but she thought it was normal. It’s not. So it’s safe to say we will be going to the one closer to my house from here on out. Better customer service, nails look a lot better, and it’s cheaper.

My wife and daughter were there Saturday around noon. The lady was very rude to my daughter and wife spoke very ugly about my wife. I am prior military and speak several languages and not gonna say what was being said. She was very rough handed with both of them we will not use her again!!!! Manicure, Acrylic nails

I always do gel because the polish last 3 wks on me. I’m here working for a couple months and this place is within walking distance. I will not go back. In 5 days they started chipping. Everywhere else I’ve gone you put your hands under the UV light twice before the next coat. He only had me do it once and if he was through with the other hand before the light went off he had me switch hands. I’m not a professional but I have a sneaky suspicion this is why it chipped so quickly.
