I came to this nail salon from New York in the middle of the crazy snowstorm. Almost every place was closed but creative was open and extremely accommodating. They did a fantastic job on my pedicure as well as my nails. It has been almost 2 weeks and my nails still look beautiful. They also offer a complementary beverage upon arrival. The first picture is when they were 1st done. The second photo is almost 2 weeks later. Great job creative nails! Will definitely go back next time I’m in Texas.

Went here with a friend to get my nails done. It had been a long time since I had acrylics and was excited to have them done again. During the appointment I was not too impressed with the nail technician that I had. Every time that I had to put my hands under the lamp she forced my hand under it which was making my nails hit the back wall of the lamp. When I was finished I liked the look of my nails and was feeling okay with the service. That changed as soon as I got home. When I walked in my door I looked at my nails again and was upset to see that three of my nails had chipped and the gel was peeling off, an experience that I have never before had when getting gel acrylics. I called Creative Nail & Spa and told them about my nails and they told me that they would fix my nails for free. So I went in to get my nails fixed and had them re do all of my nails. When the tech was done with my nails the gel on my thumb started peeling so the tech re did my thumb for me. I was happy to have my nails fixed. They looked great for a few days but I was upset again when my gel started peeling again. I will never go back to this nail salon. The only reason that I went back a second time was so that they would fix my nails. All of my friends also know not to go to Creative Nail & Spa.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. Vicki did my dip this time and she did a phenomenal job. She is sweet and gentle. I will definitely go back to her. Last time I went, Tammy did a gel manicure and she was awesome as well. Also, they serve free drinks (mimosas, margaritas, wine). If you stick to Vicki, Tammy, Haley, Linda, and there is one more girl that does a great job, I just can’t remember her name but she is younger and real cute(sorry I know that doesn’t really help) you should be happy.
