I’m a commercial driver, always on the go, and my usual salon back home wasn’t available to service me before my last assignment. In route, I came upon Texarkana and with a quick Google search, stumbled across this salon.

Me and my friend walked in and there was about a 5 minute wait which isn’t bad. We got the fake nails glued on and then ended up sitting there for 20 minutes and I asked how much longer it would be till they would get to us to finish our nails and they told us 5 minutes. We sat there for another 25 minutes with no one finishing our nails. So we sat there for a total of 45 minutes with nothing but fake nails glued to our nails. We ended up leaving because we had other things to do

They are very overpriced, they don’t tell you about the extra fee if you use a card. The lady told me my amount but charged my card an extra $5. Do NOT recommend. The service done wasn’t worth it and my nails were crooked. Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI stopped in without an appointment. The original technician began to file off my polish. She then switched me to another male technician. He took the rest of my polish off and added one tip, since it was broken. When he was ready to start the process I told him I needed gel liquid. I had explained this to the original technician. He said, “We don’t have it.” I said repeated the acrylic causes an allergic reaction on my skin. We went through this process about 5 times until I gave up. So he put gel powder over gel liquid to fill in my nails. Next he cut one of my nails too short. It was almost without any free edge. When I told him, he said he would just cut them all that short. I said, “No, you will have to fix the short one…..make it longer again.” So then he rammed his nail into the side of one of my other nails, until it was bleeding. I pulled my hand away. Next he attached a tip under my too short nail to make a mold on top of the tip. After it dried, he tried to rip the tip off the bottom. It was like he was ripping my mail off it’s bed. I jumped up and said, “That’s enough, I’m leaving.” The original technician ran out the door after me and said, “ You are half way done.” She was going to call the police. We went through this process twice until I sat back down in her chair to fix the mess. She reshaped my nails and fixed the messed up tip. She saw that he had wiped nail glue all over my fingertips, because he was trying to fix the lifting….another words gel powder does nothing adhere properly to liquid gel. So there was lifting and separation. She apologized when she saw the bloody cut he caused on the corner of my one nail. She did a nice job at shaping and painting them, after my living torture treatment . Most likely they won’t last, because they are two different products, and they will lift. I may have written 3 reviews in my life, and I’m 55. I’m doing it for your safety. BEWARE!!!!Service: Gel manicuresI stopped in without an appointment.
