Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePossibly the worst nail service I have ever received. I would not recommend going to this place. My mother and I went this morning. I asked for oval/natural shape. I was cut multiple times. My nails are crooked. And she filed the sides of my thumbs down way too far on one side and cut my natural nail. And as soon I was walking out the clear coat was peeling off on my thumb. And the dip powder is all over my fingers and under my nails. Beware!!Go somewhere else!!! Possibly the worst nail service I have ever received. I would not recommend going to this place. My mother and I went this morning. I asked for oval/natural shape. I was cut multiple times. My nails are crooked. And she filed the sides of my thumbs down way too far on one side and cut my natural nail. And as soon I was walking out the clear coat was peeling off on my thumb. My nails are discolored on one side and they are not smooth. On top of that the person who did my nails (who never said a word to me the whole time) ruined my new leather purse by picking it up with product all over his hands. This place is AWFUL. I asked for evenly chapped round nails. None of them are equal on both sides of my hands. My nails are discolored on one side and they are not smooth. On top of that the person who did my nails (who never said a word to me the whole time) ruined my new leather purse by picking it up with product all over his hands. Really not cool.

Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityMy friend & I came here for my birthday pampering. Very beautiful salon! My nail tech was super sweet & I loved how my nails turned out! I am rating 4 stars solely because I don’t feel as if the luxury pedicure was very luxe compared to other salons I’ve been to. Also, my friends nail tech was forgetting where she was in the process & was kind of strange. My friend & I came here for my birthday pampering. Very beautiful salon! My nail tech was super sweet & I loved how my nails turned out! I am rating 4 stars solely because I don’t feel as if the luxury pedicure was very luxe compared to other salons I’ve been to. Critical: QualityHonestly I went to the salon for the first time today around 4:30.I went here to get my nails done. The lady doing my nails was super nice and the nail salon was beautiful,all that aside my nails are crooked and not even at all. I’m very dissatisfied ,that my nails are embarrassing. Personally I would not recommend going here. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI used to go here last year to see Shophia. She’s always been wonderful and does a really great job on my nails. I made an appointment to see her again to get a fill. She wasn’t there the day of my appointment and the business waited until 25 minutes before my appointment to ask if I’d like to reschedule. I needed them done that day as I had an important event the following day. I told them I would allow anyone to do my nails. I arrive at my appointment, nobody greets me or says anything. I waited for a few minutes before someone asked if I had an appointment, I explained yes but she wasn’t there. The woman walks away and I can hear the workers whispering to each other. I pick a color, I can hear a woman whispering to her coworker if I knew the color was gel. Never once asking me personally but yes, I purposely chose gel. I wait for another 10 minutes before I’m seated. The man who does my nails rushes through them and doesn’t make sure my nails are the same length. The colors on the outside of the bottles never match the inside so I was left with a bland yellow color and the color isn’t an even color on the nail. Today, they look as though I got them filled a week ago. So disappointed that I spent $35 on nails that look rushed. I used to go here last year to see Shophia. She’s always been wonderful and does a really great job on my nails. I made an appointment to see her again to get a fill. She wasn’t there the day of my appointment and the business waited until 25 minutes before my appointment to ask if I’d like to reschedule.
