I came in to get my nails done on Tuesday and by Wednesday my nails had chipped. I requested to get them fixed Friday am at 9 am and she told me she couldn’t do it. This was the only time I could come in due to traveling for work Wednesday through Thursday. I found it rude she said no considering I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s only two nails that chipped. The receptionist doesn’t care about clients that continue to come back. I also think their light lamps need to be replaced because due to my nails chipping so fast. Worst customer service ever. I had to pay another nail place to fix my nails.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy nails had grown out naturally and healthy for about three weeks before making a first time appointment. I just wanted an overlay. They seem to be having a hard time understanding that I did not want anything extra but an overlay. I decided to get color. She showed me a selection of gel polish but that is not what I received as you can see. The next day I lost my middle finder on my right had. And they were all lifting from the cuticle, had to superglue it down so I wouldn’t lose my natural nails. The acrylic is chippy. I have not sat under a nail dryer in years and I sat there for about 25 minutes to ensure that my nails were dry and they were not when I left. They seem to be having a hard time understanding that I did not want anything extra but an overlay. I decided to get color. Ok first off let’s just say I went in asking for tips and acrylic. I told the lady to round the edges of my nails. After sitting in her chair for an hour and a half, this is what she came up with. Please note I had to make her re do my nails at least 3 times and some one else had to come and help her. I’m not a happy with the final result and will not be returning to this shop. I feel like the nail techs are in a rush and they do not take their time. Famous line used ( no your nail is not straight, it grows like that) no my nail doesn’t no grow like that. It hasn’t grown like that for any other nail tech. SMH a waste of time n money

Loved the atmosphere. It’s very classy and they follow protocol elegantly. I really enjoyed my time there. They did gel polish on acrylic nails. It looked so great. Be careful because it’s easy to lose track of time getting services. There is also a little girl who does lashes and eyebrows who is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I told her that her work was a little quick and sloppy and that the time she did my lashes they didn’t last. She quickly got offended and started telling everyone else that I was difficult. I am in no way difficult but I do like to have great service when I go here. My favorite is Lien Do. She’s courteous, really great at her work, and pleasant. Why I keep coming back? Everyone except Thanh Thia Thuy Phan has been friendly and courteous.

I only go to this place sometimes because they have alot of different colors in the powder dip!!! Otherwise I wouldn’t go at all! They over over charge you for simple work! These nails was $64!!!!! They use to be kinda upscale when they had drinks and fruit..but now they just rip people off!

I love going to my Nail Tech Derrick. He does an amazing job every time I visit. I make my appointments only with him & if he’s not there when I walk in then I would return on a later date. He’s the best I’ve had work on my natural nails in a long time.

The atmosphere was nice and it was spacious where you’re not sitting too close to anyone. My pedicure was absolutely perfect however my nails broke and chipped 2 days after paying the most I’ve ever paid to get my nails dipped in the powder.
