Although the staff is nice, they did not deliver on what I asked for. The shape of my acrylic nails was bad. I showed them photos of what I wanted, and it wasn’t even close to what I received. My nail beds also bled. This was not the first time this has happened. I thought I would give them a chance to redeem, but it was the same experience. The pedicure was wonderful I should say. But, when it comes to acrylic nails and manicures, this place falls very short.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo much wrong…I was rushes picking color. Ask if I wanted shorter I said cut the growth, he took a clipper like you use on a dog and cut my nails to active length. Had a nail that popped off he tried to glue it back on instead of replacing it. Ask him to replace it. He was so tough with the filing made my pinky nail bleed. Filed my super short nails crooked see pics! And charged me 5 extra bucks for the replacement nail as he asked for a tip…also put the acrylic on super thin. So much wrong…I was rushes picking color. Ask if I wanted shorter I said cut the growth, he took a clipper like you use on a dog and cut my nails to active length. It was just ok. I didn’t have an appointment but they weren’t busy and it was a Wednesday. I just got a gel pedicure. The massage chairs don’t massage, only vibrate which was kind of disappointing. My toes turned out fine. $40 for a gel pedi which is average Pedicure

The guy that did my nails was very inexperienced and did NOT know WHAT he was doing. Me and my friend went in there expecting a decent manicure because the rating was 4.1. And when we came the lady was very kind and showed us to the gel nail polishes. We picked out our color and we sat down, and he began and everything was fine until he wanted to put the top coat on clearly not finished nails. Then for me he shoved his dirty nails under mine and the proceeded to cut my thumb with his DIRTY nail. And on top of that the nails are very clumpy and already peeling, I was discontent with this experience, and would NOT go again, thank you very much.

***AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE*** This is seriously the most awful place I’ve ever been to. First let me start off by saying I came in for a pedicure sat down in The chair (which only vibrated no actual massage) there was a lady next to me that was already getting a pedicure. In the whole time that I was there she still was getting a pedicure the guy that did my toes took no time with me at all and my toes literally look like a two-year-old painted them. He charged me extra to take the shellac off of my toes and left half of it on there just painted over top of it. When it was time to pay my total was $30… 25 for the pedicure + 5 for the shellac getting taken off. I handed him $40 he then gave me $6 back (I hadn’t tipped yet)I told him that that was the incorrect change he accused me of stealing money from him and putting it in my wallet in front of everyone in the salon. I will NOT go back!!!
