I come here often. This is the first time I had a young man do my pedi. He was gentle and my nails looked ok. I noticed when I got home the edge of my nails weren’t as smooth as I would have liked them to be. Guess I’ll check better next time.

I’ve been here a few times when they first opened they were great great service nice staff but 3 weeks ago my mother in law and I went for pedicures $80 a piece for the cbd charcoal pedicure which was suppose to have extra massage time that why we choose that one we only got extra massage on the calfs like so much that it felt like they rubbed it raw no foot massage what so ever just real quick barely touching lotion on the feet very disappointed will not go back I’ve had better $30 pedicures

I’ve been going here on and off for over a year. They seem a little preoccupied when it comes to customer service. I never get to claim my rewards nor am I offered a beverage. On my last visit, my white neighbor tagged along and arrived first. I was appalled at the difference in the care provided for our services. They didn’t know we were together until later. My neighbor was offered a liquor drink, nail design ideas, and reward points that I never receive.

I’ve been here two times this is my third time coming…. I have been treated decently and my nails came out okay the last two times so I decided to come back again….Normally, in between getting my nails done I’ll file down a little bit of where I need to fill and I polish them at home. Then I soak off the gel polish at home because that’s what you’re supposed to do. This time I didn’t have a chance to do that so instead she proceeded to file my nail polish off and literally drilled the nail file so deep into my nail bed and kept telling me it was my fault because I polished them in between getting them done which is ludicrous considering I can do them myself but, I would like to be pampered every now and then…. I would not recommend this place they don’t have anything sanitized she used old files on my nails and every time I told her she was hurting me she continued to file and tell me it was because I over polish my nails instead of soaking my polish off to begin with and then proceeded to speak a language, which I don’t understand ,to the other staff in the salon and I’m sure she was talking about me..!! I’m never coming back and I highly recommend you don’t waste your time if I could give no stars I would they don’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

I was recently looking for a new salon that’s closer to home to do my nails. I found them on Google. They are amazing. Very clean salon, and friendly staff. She did my nails exactly the way I requested. I will definitely be returning. I’d like to edit my review… What I have started to notice about creative nail lounge is, no matter how long my nails are they always charge me the extra $5 for “long”nails, and on top of the extra $5 they forced me to add an 80 cent tip. For a service they told me was $35 at the beginning ended up costing me $40.80. I tried to x out every time it said $40.80, and I realized it was canceling the transaction.That’s how she typed it in $40.80 without asking me if I wanted to give a tip. I was trying to x out to not pay the extra 80 cents. Not because I’m cheap, it’s because I’ve realized recently that they add their own tip in just in case you don’t tip. Plus, I was not going to tip this last time because she did not do my nails the way I wanted them done. My job depends on tips as well, but I do not force my customers to give a tip. If they tip me they do, if they don’t tip they don’t. That’s how I believe it should be. I think I will be looking for another salon from now on.

I work extremely hard and this was such a disappointment after a long week. They SUCK at massages and are in such a rush to no where. Literally weren’t busy enough to be rushed and if you want a massage don’t come here lol. They’re strictly opened to just moisturize and polish . Poor poor service.
